We can only cover warranties purchased from Authorised Triplesix Dealers within Australia and New Zealand. If you purchased an item from an International Mail Order or non-Triplesix dealer, you must return the item to them directly.
To ensure all relevent information is provided to process each warranty as fast as possible, all warranties must to be returned to the place of purchase for them to submit with a copy of the original receipt of purchase (serial number is also required for complete bikes and frames).
