1. Can I get a warranty on my…?
It varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. What we will need is you to take the product back to the place of purchase and get them to send us either via email or post the following A) Your original receipt B) Photos of the subject (ie: the crack) C) Serial number (if it’s a frame). We CANNOT process it with out these things. We do not warranty parts bought from overseas mail orders and such. For more info on each brands warranty details, see their respective website.(see the links section)
1. I’m a new store, how can get a get an account with triplesix?
The best way is to get in contact us at the warehouse and we can put you into contact with our sales rep for your area.
We do have dealerships in areas so if there is a store nearby to where your located that is a 666 dealer then unfortunately we can not offer you any products. Depending on locations some dealership can cover 100's of km's so even if your 50 km's from a dealership, you may still be in the other shops dealership area so please call us and we can put you on to the rep for your state who will know the area and surrounding dealers.
1. Where can I get your products?
You can either
A) Go to your nearest store and ask them if they are a dealer in our products.
B) You can email info@triplesix.com.au with you location and we will email you back with your nearest dealer as soon a possible. Please be patient though as we get hundreds of emails a day so it may take a few days to get back to you.
C) A number of stores throughout AUS offer mailordering are competitve pricing.

1. I bought a part from a overseas mail order company and it has broken, can i send it back to you for warranty?
NO! Warranty is only valid in the Counrty of purchase and we will not warranty any parts/frames/forks/etc... not purchased in Australia.
Buying from overseas mailorder companies severly hurts the AUS bmx scene.
Warranty is also only avaialbel to the original/purchaser owner of the product.
1. Can I buy direct from you?
Not currently. Your best bet is to support your nearest bike store. Although from time to time we will have website specials.
